After 20 years, our director returns to her mother’s hometown, wich she only knew from vague childhood memories and stories. Over the decades, the inhabitants have collected countless stories, with death as a recurring theme. The different perspectives come together to form narratives, uncovering ever deeper layers of the village’s past.
